Am I good researcher or willing to learn?

As an MT, you will really develop your researching skills and will become very resourceful! You will need to look up medications and terms you don?t understand or can?t clearly make out. This will take some thinking and resourcefulness on your part.

Will I be able to apply common sense?

You will find yourself in many situations as an MT where you really need to think outside the box.

SUFFOLK – Charles Henry Patrick Sullivan, 62, completed his earthly journey Sept. 2, 2010 at his home after a long, courageous battle with cancer, in the arms of his loving wife, Susan. Sully’s determination and immeasurable love for Susan gave him the resolve to endure and persevere through all the hardships he faced during his illness.

Sully was born Jan. 6, 1948 in Rockville Centre, N.Y., to Joseph Eugene and Charlotte Ellen Sullivan. Upon his graduation from Garden City High School, Sully entered the U.S. Navy serving two tours of duty in Vietnam. Following his honorable discharge, he went to work for the Department of Defense and retired after 29 years of service. The friendships forged throughout his life saw him through to the end.

One of his great passions was watching the New York Yankees play baseball. On a trip to New York in September 2009, he fulfilled that dream by being granted a special “behind the scenes” tour of the new Yankees stadium. It was a thrill for him and one he talked about joyfully.

His parents, Joseph E. and Charlotte E. Sullivan predeceased Sully. He will be truly missed and forever live on in the heart of his loving wife of 24 years, Susan

So much for those great odds for local job-seekers.

Last month, Hampton Roads ranked 13th among 50 regions on Juju.com’s Job Search Difficulty Index. That meant it surpassed more than two-thirds of the other regions in the ease with which residents can land jobs.

This month, the region sank to No. 21, the steepest drop for any place on the list. Hampton Roads went from 5.02 unemployed people per job opening to 5.62.

That put Hampton Roads behind Richmond, which took a smaller fall, going from No. 17 to No. 20 – or from 5.23 to 5.49 applicants per job.
